PAPER SUBMISSION
Prospective authors are invited to submit original, high quality papers which is original and has not been submitted and published elsewhere.
Manuscripts should be at least 4 full pages, including, tables, figures and references and additional pages will be charged.
Each additional page (over 4) of the final paper submission will incur an additional page fee of $50, this should be paid upon author registration.
The reviewing process of the LAAI conference aims to provide authors with constructive feedback on their papers. All submissions will be subjected to double-blind peer reviews, who are expert or have been experiencing in the related field for years. The accepted papers must be revised, taking into consideration the referees' comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.
All papers submitted to LAAI 2025 will be checked for plagiarism including self-plagiarism. If a paper is found to fall in the category of plagiarism, the paper will be automatically rejected.
Accepted abstract will be invited to give oral presentation at the conference, and the presentation made during the conference will not be published.

SUBMISSION CHOICES
Option 1. ABSTRACTS (Presentation only)
Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.
Option 2. Full Paper (Conference Proceedings with Presentation )
All submitted papers will be reviewed by our committees, and accepted one will be published in conference proceedings.
Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references if publication is requested. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the conference template and are subject to both review and editing.
Self-check
A pre submission self-check is helpful to save time and efforts of authors and reviewers in review process, to some extent it will also help improve quality of submissions. We therefore suggest authors conduct careful self-check before submitting a paper to the conference.
Here are tips of self-check as below:

Please make sure that the paper is of interest to the conference.

Please check the spelling and formal style to avoid misspellings or syntactical errors.

Please make sure that English language of the paper should be of sufficient quality to be understood.

Please ensure that the layout conforms with the abstract / paper template of the conference.

Please make sure all individuals who have contributed substantially to the work have been listed as authors.

Please ensure the version of the manuscript to be submitted has been agreed by all authors.
